This space is ideal for creating cherished memories with close friends, family (and furry companions), whether it's for short-term, an extended month-long stay, or even longer! Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as on-site parking. Guests have the entire space to themselves. ***PLEASE NOTE this property does have a MAIN HOUSE that's not included; there may be guests staying in the MAIN HOUSE of the property at the same time; consult beforehand if you'd like to know more*** Welcome to our homey studio in the lively \ area of Jacksonville! Just a short drive away, you'll find UNF, the Mayo Clinic, and the St. John's Town Center, as well as Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra. After a day of exploration, our living room offers the perfect place to unwind. Sink into the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the big screen TV. The warm atmosphere creates a sense of calm, making it easy to relax. Our kitchen is equipped for meal preparation. Whether you're making a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need here. We've designed this space with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. We hope you have a wonderful stay! We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal. Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked. The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed): 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $75 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to. We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact: Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F ***PLEASE NOTE this property does have a MAIN HOUSE that's not included; there may be guests staying in the MAIN HOUSE of the property at the same time; consult beforehand if you'd like to know more*** ***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the property or in any outdoor areas*** ***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee*** Our prices include all fees.
