About this stay
This is a new house built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests! The space There are 2 rooms with king sized beds, and 2 rooms with queen sized beds. Each room has 2 nightstands with a lamp and phone charging ports. There is a double sink bathroom in the master bedroom, as well as a general bathroom near the other rooms. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, S/C, q-tips, and body wash. The living room has a 65in TV and a couch that fits 6. The kitchen if fully equipped with cookware, the basic seasonings/cooking oil and ingredients for coffee/tea (Keurig and tea kettle available). The dining table sits 6 with additional 4 countertops chairs. Access to the laundry room includes detergent, softener, dryer sheets, and an ironing board/iron. The garage is empty with space for 2 cars, etc. Guest access Front door access with a personalized door code. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
