This home is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, 3 minutes from the Oakleaf Town Center. The home is meticulously clean and updated with waterproof flooring (yay for pets) and also has a private, secured yard for furry loved ones. An occupant resides at the rear of the property but this is NOT a shared home/space. This home has NO shared spaces. Privacy, comfort and cleanliness is what to expect. The home has easy access with a comfortable stylish space. The bedroom comes with a queen bed. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed if needed for a third or fourth guest. The kitchen is equipped with many extras such as a commercial Keurig machine, Ninja blender and ice maker. The bathroom contains a Jacuzzi tub with powerful jets for those long days. The home is equipped with an interior washer and dryer with provided detergent. The garage is used for storage and will be inaccessible to guests. Again this home is pet friendly but I please ask that you clean up after your pet. Please do not leave pets in the yard overnight and please help to ensure vocal dogs (barks) are tame after 10pm. Lastly, please see to it that your pet(s) do not damage furniture, flooring, baseboards or the home in general. I would absolutely love you for this!
