This house is in the heart of Braeswood In a very quaint and peaceful neighborhood! Conveniently located near the Texas Medical Center. As well as to major attractions like Rice Village, Upper Kirby, NRG stadium, Museum District, Rice University and the Galleria. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and so are the 2 full bathrooms. The backyard includes a hammock, games and grill to enjoy the outdoors! In a very quaint and peaceful neighborhood that includes a public park that has tennis courts, basketball courts, a jungle gym and soccer fields all within walking distance which is a huge plus for families with kids. Our location is also very close to multiple grocery stores as well as restaurants/shopping at the Rice Village. The backyard includes a hammock, games and a grill to enjoy the outdoors! Two of the three bedrooms include queen beds and the primary bedroom includes a king sized bed. Both bathrooms include a shower/tub and double vanities. Kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking needs. Home also comes with an office, dining room, and large living room.. Guests will enjoy easy self-check-in for a smooth arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for an additional fee, offering extra flexibility to fit your travel plans. Located just a 5-minute walk from Karl Young Park, this home offers easy access to a great neighborhood green space featuring tennis courts, basketball courts, a jungle gym, and soccer fields — perfect for families with kids. You’re only a 6-minute drive to H-E-B, one of Texas’s most popular grocery stores, making errands quick and convenient. Rice Village, a vibrant hub for dining and shopping, is just 11 minutes away. Enjoy popular spots like Shake Shack, Sixty Vines, Hungry’s, and Coco Crepes & Waffles. The Texas Medical Center is only 13 minutes away, making this a convenient stay for those with medical appointments or visiting professionals.
