When you walk through the door you will be greeted with an open concept living area that is perfect for spending time with your group of friends and family, or as we like to say “framily”. Don’t worry – with smart TVs in every room and an office space, this home is sure to meet all your needs! The space *Living room *Dining area *Kitchen- fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and bar seating *Master bedroom- King bed with attached bathroom. W/ sunlit office space *Bedroom 2- Queen bed *Bedroom 3- Queen bed *Second bathroom- Jack and Jill *Half bathroom in living room *Full size washer and dryer available for guest use Guest access Parking: *4 cars in the driveway *additional street parking in front of home (no more than 2 cars) Key Rules: *NO SMOKING *NO UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS *Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in *Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25 per hour early. *Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40. Late check-out is only applicable if requested. If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80. This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your security deposit.
