Getting Around: Location & Nearby Attractions The neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful walk or a quick drive to many of Houston’s top attractions. With easy access to major highways and public transportation, getting around couldn’t be easier. Nearby Highlights: • William P. Other Things to Note: House Rules & Important Information • Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Please register your pets before arrival and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. • No Parties or Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed at the property. Contact us in advance if you have any questions or special requests. • Additional Guests: Starting from the seventh guest, a $39 fee per person per night applies. The fourth bedroom is opened for groups of eight or more guests. • Entertainment: Smart TVs with popular streaming apps are available. If you forget to sign out of your accounts, we’ll do it for you. • No Indoor Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $500 fine applies for violations. Please smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Landscaping: Professional landscaping is performed once a week. • Hot Tub: Currently out of service. When operational, the hot tub is serviced twice per week during summer months and once per week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the yard through the backyard gate. • Security Cameras: Two exterior cameras are installed for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. • House Rule Violations: Violations may result in reservation cancellation without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit. • Pest Control: Monthly pest control service is performed. If you encounter bugs, please notify us so we can address it promptly. Outdoor insects or small wildlife may occasionally appear but are harmless and quickly managed. • Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Please note that cable TV service is not included. Interaction with Guests: Whether you need an extra towel, can’t find the oven mitts, or want advice on where to get the best steak in town, we have your back.
