Summary: This home is located in a prestigious waterfront gated community. The quiet quaint neighborhood is flanked by the Intracoastal waterway. The home is very spacious with a split floor plan. Fully equipped with everything you need. The home also features a home office perfect for those that work from home. The salt water pool is heated year around. Famous Las Olas Blvd is a few short minutes away to shoppes and restaurants. The beach being equally convenient only about a mile away. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is our second time renting this property. It's a very lovely home, nicely decorated, comfortable & in a beautiful neighborhood. The owner, Joe, is very easy to communicate with & quick to respond should you have any questions. We are in Ft. Lauderdale frequently & will definitely rent this home again.
