About this stay
Amazing beach house located across the street from the beautiful white sands of Fort Lauderdale beach. Enjoy your stay at this spacious 4 bedroom 3 and 1/2 bathroom home. Spend everyday relaxing at the beach or stay poolside in your own tropical poolside paradise with a sun ledge for lounging. The yard is completely fenced for privacy. There is a deck in the front yard with views overlooking the ocean. Lush landscaping and palm trees surround the entire property. This house is perfect for your vacation. We are located steps away from Fort Lauderdale beach! No need to worry about driving, traffic or parking because you are a one minute walk to the beach. Please inquire with host first to check availability. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: 4 children also allowed as guests with 8 adults
Events: No events allowed
Events: Absolutely no parties.
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Pets: Only with a non refundable $500 fee please contact
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Smoking: No smoking inside allowed
No parties, no smoking inside the home, please leave windows and doors closed especially when AC is on.
Let us know if there is an issue during your stay as soon as it is noticed. If not a portion of security deposit may be kept.
Please take all garbage out during and at the end of your stay. Place in the designated cans and then take garbage out to the street on proper days.

Amazing pool at the property and direct beach access across the street. We had a large family group with kids aging from 3-7 years. Everyone had an amazing time!

our host Jillian was so supportive from day one, always a little skeptical when renting first time but this house did not disappoint at all , great location , and pool is a great life savor when beach weather wasn't cooperative, this will be my go to rental in FLL

We thoroughly enjoy our stay with Jillian who was extremely responsive at ever turn. The house is set up perfectly - bedrooms downstairs and up - great kitchen space to accommodate our family - especially the open floor plan. The heated pool/patio area are all you need unless you want to walk the 3 minutes to the beach. Overall A Thank you Jillian!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The location was great. 30 second walk to the beach and a quick uber anywhere you wanted to go. The place itself was great as well! The host is amazing and I would go back without question.
