Pool Service: The pool is skimmed prior to the guest's arrival and gets professionally serviced on Wednesdays. Landscaping Services: To ensure the garden, lawn, and surroundings are well-kept, the lawn maintenance is done on Thursdays. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 6v vehicles. We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Exotic Car Rentals and Yacht Charters. Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules. Guest Access: Guests will have access to both units, the backyard is connected.
