Failure to comply may result in penalties or immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property. A $500 fine will apply for any violations. 🎉 No Parties or Events Absolutely no parties, large gatherings, or events are allowed at any time. 👥 No Unregistered Guests Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Extra guests must be approved in advance, and additional charges may apply. 🪑 Do Not Move Furniture Furniture (including beds, sofas, chairs, and decor) must remain in its original position. Moving any items may result in additional fees for reset or damages. 🧹 Respect the Space Please treat the property with care. Keep it clean and organized throughout your stay. 🔇 Noise Awareness Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Respect the neighbors and avoid loud noise or disturbances. 🚫 Violation Policy Any rule violations, including parties, smoking, unapproved guests, property damage, or any irregular behavior, will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. ✅ Check-Out Instructions Before you leave, please take a moment to complete the following: 🧳 Personal Belongings Make sure to gather all your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind (including clothes or towels) may be disposed of during cleaning and setup. 🛁 Used Towels Please place all used towels in the game room before leaving. 🗑️ Trash Take out all your trash to the designated outdoor containers. Pick up and dispose of any trash created during your stay. 🚪 Secure the Home Ensure that all doors are closed and locked upon departure. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
