Free parking is provided for up to two cars in tandem on the right side of the driveway (facing the property). The left side of the driveway is reserved for up to three cars in tandem parking for the guests of the front house. The cottage is fully independent from the house with a separate entry, back deck, and amenities. Guest access. Guests have access to their own private deck furnished with chaise outdoor chairs for your comfort and relaxation. Other things to note. The cottage is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood ideal for those who want to be near the beach and other attractions but enjoy peace and tranquility to unwind. The back patio will give you solace, a bit of sun, a bit of shade, and a great space to relax and enjoy! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
