Located in Naples, FL this quaint Gulf access 1614 sq ft home w/ dock offers 3BR/2BA's. All living area is on the 2nd Floor. The primary & guest beds have king sized beds & the third bed has a bunk bed w/ full bed on the bottom and a single on top. The primary bath features a large soaking tub & stand alone shower w/ a walk in closet, the guest bath has shower only. Enjoy beautiful views off the 400 sq ft open air deck overlooking the Gulf waters with serene \ mangrove views. The property is equipped with WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ new stainless steal appliance package for an enjoyable stay. Our place is available for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The home is located in Gulf Harbor, one of the most sought after Gulf access neighborhoods located just minutes to Mercato & Waterside Shoppes, the white sandy beaches at Delnor Wiggins State Park, Vanderbilt Beach, pickle ball, golf & plenty of dining and shopping options. This hidden gem of a community is located in North Naples, West of 41 & only a short boat ride through the backwaters out Wiggins Pass to The Gulf of Mexico. Home is pet friendly but there is a $150 pet fee for all guests bringing a dog, you must pay this fee when making the reservation. If you do not pay the fee you will be charged a pet fee by VRBO. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Minimum age to rent: 18

Check out before 10:30 AM

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17

Events: No events allowed

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total)

Pets: $150 pet fee for all pets staying on property

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Check-out instructions: Please lock all doors, turn off lights, set AC to 78° and put keys back in the combination lockbox on the front porch hand railing.

Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Owners are allowed access to the dock on the canal / waterway behind the home at all times to use the boats that are docked there.

No smoking inside the home ever. No loud music or noise that can be heard by the neighbors after 9:30pm. $150 pet fee for each pet staying on property

Owners are also allowed to access the below the home garage only on the South side of the garage, but never inside the home without the guests consent

We had an amazing time at this charming bungalow in Gulf Harbor! The outdoor space and deck were fantastic, offering peaceful water and preserve views perfect for bird watching. Inside, the home was cozy and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better—close to beautiful beaches, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway

Such a wonderful home! Had everything we needed! Very spacious and the neighborhood was beautiful! The Location was perfect and in early October was not crowded at all! Will definitely be returning.
