Sunny spacious, completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located in Uptown New Orleans near Magazine Street, Parade Routes, Audubon Park and Wisner Playground and Dog Run, Hansen's Sno-Bliz, Tiptina's, Cherry Coffee, Rouse's Market, Winn-Dixie, and many restaurants. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped for work or play in the fabulous Crescent City. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Minimum age to rent: 25
Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 3-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
1.Please no parties, no illegal drugs, occupancy limited to 4 people. Respect the noise curfew of 10 pm, no food/drink in bedrooms.
No rearranging, keep-up with keys, no smoking/vaping inside, P dispose of the ashes safely, no toddlers, turn AC to 78/ heat to 68 upon leaving
3. The City has limited the occupancy to 4 people total.
