Washer and dryer in unit. Fully equipped with a smart TV's. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the private apartment-home with front and rear entrance. The Neighborhood: Mid-City is a wonderfully vibrant neighborhood. There are several great local spots to eat and drink all within walking distance. Two grocery just a few blocks away. The Bayou is outside your front door, and City Park less then 5 minutes walking. The neighborhood is the best that New Orleans has to offer for real local living. This home is located 2 blocks from the Endymion Parade Route. Endymion is the largest Mardi Gras parade of the year and takes place the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend. Getting Around: There is off street parking behind the house, free street parking directly in front of the house. The street car (trolley) is less then 5 minutes walking and will take you directly to the French Quarter in about 15-20 minutes. The French Quarter is also an easy bike ride away, or a $8-10 taxi/Uber ride. 20 minutes from the airport. The whole neighborhood is very walkable and truly gives you a chance to live like a local. Live like a local! Other Things to Note: This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
