The property is wonderful and in a great location for commuting around San Antonio. The property manager was excellent about responding quickly. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this location. Thank you!
Okay
We were in town for a cheerleading competition and this location was 5 minutes from where we needed to be. The property is right off the highway, but we never felt unsafe or like it was a “bad area”. Check in and communication were straightforward and timely!
Terrible
We arrived at the property to find that it had been double booked. Imagine the danger I would’ve put myself in. Had I just use the code and walked in. Thank goodness, my wife heard somebody inside. I tried to contact the property manager and by the time she got back to me, I had already found another place to stay. Worst experience of my life and I will be pursuing every avenue to get my money back.
