Check in after 4:00 PM
Minimum age to rent: 25
Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Please return the courtesy of leaving the room in a clean manner which will help my cleaning staff expedite cleaning and washing of all linens and towels.
Check-out instructions: Please utilize the hamper in the closet for all used towels.
Check-out instructions: And lastly, when departing the residence please lock the door behind you.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
