When we arrived for check in the cleaners had not shown up and the house was in disarray. After communicating through the VRBO app, phone calls and texts the management company hired a new cleaning crew after hours who came and cleaned the property top to bottom. They did an amazing job.We had a few minor issues throughout the week and in each case someone showed up within the day to correct the issue.The house was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. We will definitely stay here again!

This is not a property that our family would ever stay at again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. When we arrived, we noticed so many dirty things/areas around the house. The silverware and dishwasher were disgusting. I sent the pic to the owner. We had to go to the store and buy plastic ware. The shower had black, slimy grime on the floor. The baseboards restroom had orange material on there.The backyard lights would not work so we were not really able to enjoy that area once the sun set. We kept going back and forth with the owner but there was never any resolution. I just kept getting a message that they’d share the information with someone. The pool table was missing a ball and one of the arcade machines was missing a controller. The second restroom sink blasted water out at you and was not usable unless you wanted to soak the counter. The kitchen faucet was broken and would also splash water in your face. The house is on a slope in the pics but it’s a significant. The golf ball on the puttputt kept rolling because of that and we weren’t able to play. The loungers were uncomfortable because of the hill.The picture of the bunkbeds is deceptive. The bottom bunks are really low and somAfter sharing some issues, it was just too much to keep reaching out to the owner so we just dealt with it. Positives: It is very close to everything. The owners did seem nice (still ineffective) and they let us drop off our luggage early. The pool was nice for our group.
