Excellent
Great place, very clean around alot of nice restaurants. Easy to get places walking or driving. Host was amazing.
Terrible
I have to say the house was clean inside. Nothing but frying pans to cook with. But the neighborhood was nasty, Next door there were dogs and a rooster that gets you up at 6:30am the smell of the dogs is nasty, but the worst part is the cats all over the neighborhood we had grocery's deliver before we got there, and they were left outside a gate (which we didn't know there was one) when we came the cats were all over our grocery bags and inside of the gate. I did bring this up to the owner which of cause he said he was not aware of the cats.LOL

After driving 4 hours we arrived to find out we were never sent the information to get into the house. We called the property manager 2 with no answer sent a message through chat. We finally got a response 15 minutes later. As we’re trying to un load our car a lady called me letting me know that she has not gone by to clean the house and if we could give an hour so she could clean. It was already 8pm. We let her know she could come by but we would still be there as we had been on the road for 4 hours and were tired and our 5 month old was already getting fussy. We walked in the house laundry was all on the floor by the washer and dryer. Dirty dishes were in the sink and in the refrigerator as well. Trash was not taken out from the previous occupants. When trying to take showers/baths there was no hot water! There was a dead roach behind the door in the living room. Used tissue under one of the bed. The second bedroom had a broken bed. The gate door was extremely hard to get it to lock it kept getting jammed. The cleaning lady came and put fresh sheets on the bed and put the towels in the washer. We then had to put them in the dryer after she left and we ended up cleaning all the dirty dishes that were left by the previous occupants. Not one time did the owners or property manager contact to apologize or try to make the situation right! And not to mention the stated the had coffee pods for the Keurig and by that they meant literally only one pod was provided.
