Walkable to Jolly Rogers and numerous \ restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. 1 dog allowed with pet fee. Guest Access: Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.
