Things to Know Free WiFi Linens and towels are provided Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Now the bad… The place wasn’t very clean. Broken storm door, missing outlet covers, air conditioners louder than airplanes all kind of just killed the experience. The beds were all very hard. Check In instructions and WiFi on the site were wrong but the staff was quick to reply via text with instructions. Lastly, it was run down and dirty. Gross utensils drawers, no trash bags, sand on the floors, wobbly chairs, etc.
I wouldn’t stay there again unless someone actually started to care about the place and took care of it. Could be gem if someone actually spent 1000 bucks and hired a better cleaner.
