This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you will want to do! We are near the boardwalk and bay. The atmosphere is very safe and quiet around nigh time. There are countless restaurants, bars, amusement parks near the area. The best thing about our property that keeps our costumers returning is the fact that we are a short walk from the beach! Large 2 bedroom apartment with big living room , kitchen , and 1 bathroom . Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans allowing our guests to save their hard earned dollar eating in. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat screen TV and one pullout couch. One bedroom has two double beds and the other bedroom has two bunk beds. The apartment also includes one full bathrooms. The office will be located on 12 Street, at the Wilmington Terrace Units. There, on 12th Street, the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $ 25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit, per person. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers' checks, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night. Please note, guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and top sheet We provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, mattress covers, and fitted sheets. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Things it might be helpful to know in advance: bring your own topsheets! We missed that instruction somehow. Owner graciously provided them anyway so it wasn't a problem, but FYI. There's a coin laundromat, a small store for basic groceries and beach needs, and a pizzeria across the street.
