This adorable Oceanfront efficiency, is like no other. Recently renovated and redecorated with private sleep area, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable living area. Located on 46th - A great location to walk to some of our favorite spots - Belly Busters (they deliver to the beach! - and best fish tacos). 48th St Tap House, Seacrets for Entertainment, Satellite Cafe for Breakfast, Mackys for Sunsets. Bring your bikes for fun and easy ride to the Boardwalk. Enjoy the sand patio, and grill area for a relaxing nite in, or to enjoy chatting with other vacationers. Free Wi-Fi, flat screen tv and onsite check in and check out. We do allow up 2 dogs, 50lb limit for 1 pet, or 70lb for combined limit for 2 pets. There is a pet fee of $85 - $25 for each add'l pet Please note, pets are not allowed on the private sand patio/courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags, just a minutes walk away. Linens are provided year round, in sealed packaging. We are asking our guests to provide their own blankets and pillows at this time. The best part of this location is the view. No matter where you are in this unit, the beach is there with you .
