Cypress cottage is nestled underneath our 100 year old twin Oaks very close to downtown Saint Augustine and to our beautiful sandy beaches. It is the main house of our duplex. Cedar cottage Is unique with Mahogany and pine floors, a large spacious kitchen with Butcher block countertops and Sunlight radiating through the double windows. Lots of room to relax. The private front porch invites you into a beautifully restored 1958 vintage style home nestled very close to Downtown St. Augustine. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. The back yard is shared with a fire pit and electric grill and seating. Events are permitted with a nominal event fee if all 3 properties are reserved. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
