Situated in a residential/business area, it's a short walk to Dos Coffee shop and a 5-minute drive to downtown. Park far left in front of yellow marking . Check in directions will be sent out 9 AM on day of arrival with door code. Please walk forward to locate guest house behind the main home. Nestled behind the main house, the guest house features a king bed and a full kitchen equipped with all cooking necessities, excluding spices. The bathroom includes a standing shower and essential toiletries. For your convenience, a blow dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets for added comfort. Situated near a railroad track, train sounds may be audible, possibly affecting noise-sensitive individuals. Additionally, proximity to US-1 means light traffic sounds might be noticeable. This property is routinely treated for pests, but bugs can still enter when doors are opened. Palmetto bugs may fly in and die overnight. Gnats, mosquitoes, and fruit flies may appear depending on the season and conditions, especially around open or unclean drinks. When walking around town, use mosquito repellent due to the buggy environment. Florida's insect life while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Because you are sharing the property it is important that guests respect each other. House rules are enforced!
