There is a hot tub, outdoor furniture and dining, a fire pit, grill, yard games, and MORE! 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single level home with huge screened in porch with outdoor dining area and grill, new deck and hot tub. Fully fenced back yard with fire pit, and yard games. All new furnishings throughout house and plenty of beds for all types of groups. Perfect for large groups, families, bachelorette parties, etc. Plenty of parking in driveway, huge fenced back yard.. You will not be disappointed! This house is approximately 1835 Sq Ft and every inch of common space is maximized for larger groups to gather comfortably. House is stocked with all bathroom and kitchen necessities, and the hot tub is open year-round! Yard games and firewood provided! Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay.
