Summary: Hillwood Retro is a stylish home with nostalgic accents and colorful furnishings. You'll be a short 15 minute Uber ride away from the heart of Nashville. Explore Music Row and learn about Nashville's entertainment industry or check out one of the numerous museums in Downtown Nashville. Don't forget to dine out at the local restaurants and breweries that the city has to offer! The Space: The living room is furnished with colorful furniture around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc). Steps away is the extended kitchen counter with counter stool seats. The kitchen is great for cooking homemade meals and is equipped with a toaster, Keurig coffee maker old-fashioned refrigerator and more. There is a King bedroom with another Smart TV and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Things to note: - If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. - A washer and dryer is available in the property for guest use - 1 assigned parking space available. Additional street parking is available around the building on a first come first serve basis. - The bathroom, kitchen & living room are a half level below the bedroom and the ceiling height is lower than standard ceilings in this portion of the unit.
