About this stay
Close enough to everything but also far enough away to provide a restful retreat. 3 room cottage has a private bedroom as well as a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Neighborhood is close to airport but only 7 miles from downtown. We are in a safe, quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything wonderful Nashville has to offer. Pets are most welcome with a $50 nonrefundable per pet fee. Smoking is 100% not permitted inside the cottage. There will be a $200.00 fine if smoking occurs inside the property. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Please put any trash in the brown trash can outside. Please put any recycling in the green trash cans outside.
You will be provided with one roll of toilet paper. Additional rolls are the responsibility of the guest.
Veterinarian service available for a fee (appx 1 mile from the cottage).
There will be a $200.00 fine if smoking occurs inside the property.
