About this stay
Spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom walk out apartment with private coded entry. Unit has full kitchen with stainless appliances, washer and dryer, outdoor fireplace with Bluetooth speaker and mini fridge. Feels like you are in the wilderness but 2 minutes to the grocery store and 10 minutes to Broadway. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 1 total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights
Check-out instructions: Please place all trash in the large bins at tge bottom of the driveway.
Check-out instructions: Place all used linens in laundry room.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing location! Within 10-15 min drive to local shops/restaurants and 20min drive from Vanderbilt. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Accommodations had all of the comforts of home and then some! Very responsive and friendly owner! Would love to rent again!
