Outside quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed in the house, violation/s will incur a $1000 fine.
Please be respectful of neighbors. No Smoking in the house or Garage or a $250 additional smoke cleaning charge is applied.
Unplugging, tampering with, or damaging the security camera will incur a $250 fine. Pool heating fee is $50/day and a 48-hour notice is required.
