There is no shared spaces here. Other things to note IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Phoenix rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data. Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating. Must be 25 years of age to rent home. No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews. Must get approval from manager prior to booking. Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced. Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard This is not a party house and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.
