LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fan, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Upstairs first bedroom/split loft has two double beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TV, along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. OUTDOORS - Outdoor seating and charcoal barbecue. Enjoy the front or back deck with a fenced yard. PARKING - 2 car driveway Other things to note: Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction. The view and neighborhood was very peaceful and close to everything I needed.
BIG plus for being pet friendly because I brought my precious pups a golden retriever named Philip and Mika my Belgian malinois.
