About a two minute walk to the access point super close! FUN: - Perfect Location! - Build Snowmans and more with all the snow. - All Smart TV's - BBQ - Cornhole - Kid safe darts in the kids room - Game table - Board games - Ping- Pong - Lake Activities: fishing, picnicking, the launch of non-motorized watercraft, and swimming within 50 feet of shore. - 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Boulder Bay park and that there are kayak and paddleboard rentals available! AMENITIES: - Extremely comfortable mattresses & sofas. - Kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, pans etc. - New coffee machine. PARKING: - Driveway can fit 4 cars BEDS: 2 Queen Beds 2 Twin Beds 1 Double Bed - Do I need snow tire chains to get to Big Bear ? During the winter months, carrying chains on you is almost always required unless your car is a four- wheel drive. Storms may be unpredictable and therefore it helps to have them. Additionally, during the winter months, the CHP may stop you to see if you have them and ticket you if you don't. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
