Home features a beautiful spacious backyard with a patio & fire pit over looking the Canal. Relax outside in the hammock swing & watch the boats go by or sit inside & enjoy the views from the screen room, Master bedroom, or the kitchen with its wall of windows. On chilly nights enjoy a wood-burning fire inside! The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay! (excluding linens) NO LINENS PROVIDED. BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, TOWELS, AND BLANKETS. *1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 3 Twin beds Pillows ARE provided. Beach chairs & an Umbrella ARE provided (in the shed). A cooler is provided. Downstairs: Enjoy the views from a fully-equipped kitchen. 2 Coffee machines (brew pot AND keurig) provided. The cozy living room has a flat screen TV, sofa & loveseat. The sitting room has a wood-burning fire place for you to enjoy on chilly nights (fire wood provided out back). Powder room on first floor. Upstairs: The master bedroom has a king size bed. Master bathroom attached (full bathroom with tile shower). The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and a twin bed for a total of 3 twin beds. 2nd full-size bathroom upstairs has a bathtub & shower combo. You will have access to a washer & dryer on the 2nd floor as well. There is a large patio out back with a fire pit. The home also has a screen room on the back of the house and a fully equipped grill for all your bbq needs! Property has central heating & cooling.
