Newly listed as of March 2023, Feather Cottage is situated in a quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks from the downtown shops and eateries of Cape May Court House. A mere 15-20 minute drive from Stone Harbor, the Wildwoods and Cape May beaches, this house is filled with light and modern conveniences. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms (with additional twin daybed in den off the living room). Full bath with tub/shower + 1/2 bath. Hardwood floors and carpeting throughout. Well-equipped kitchen with gas range. Full-size washer and dryer. Gas grill and patio beside a peaceful fenced in garden with a truly comfortable hammock. Easy parking right there by the cottage. Walk to center of town coffee shops, restaurants, local brewery, gym, running track and library with summer event schedule for children. 5 min. to Cape May County Park Zoo and Davies Sports Park with 3 playgrounds, sports fields and skate park. This is a perfect centralized spot from which to embark on so many activities including birding, golfing, beach combing along both the Delaware by and ocean beaches, and more. Easy access to the Garden State Parkway for transit to each of the local shore points (Avalon, Stone Harbor, the Wildwoods and the Cape Mays). Cape May and its wonderful walking mall is 15 minute drive. Atlantic City is a half hour drive at most.
