Welcome to the Cape Bay Cottage!
This quaint cottage boasts a newly decorated interior, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional guests, the living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa suitable for one adult or two children.
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, access to Netflix, and a dedicated workspace.
Feel the gentle bay breeze as you unwind in our outdoor seating area. Here, you'll find a covered patio area, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Just a short stroll away, the bay is only four blocks from your doorstep. Enjoy leisurely walks along the beach, which welcomes furry companions during designated hours. After enjoying the best sunsets, rinse off the sand in our convenient outdoor shower before returning indoors.

Minimum age to rent: 25
Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: House is not child proofed.
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total)
Pets: No cats, property is NOT fenced.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please observe Quiet Hours - 9pm to 8am. Please be respectful of our home, yard, and neighbors.
Linens and towels are provided, but please do not bring bath towels to the beach. Please use the cosmetic towels for makeup removal.
Pets should be housebroken. If your pet is destructive, please crate them when you're not home. Please pick up after your pet. No pets on furniture.
