Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom beach house with new Artesian lounger hot tub, over sized outdoor shower, new granite topped gas fire-pit, 4 new Trex Adirondack chairs, 5 bikes, 6 beach chairs , 4 beach lounges, 2 body boards, and a new regulation sized cornhole game set. The house has a new Charbroil 3 burner BBQ and seating for eight with dining and lounging area on the wrap around deck that overlooks the fully fenced in back yard. This 2 story open plan house features 3 bedrooms. A kid's BR with 2 bunk beds(4 bed total), a BR with 2 twin beds, a Main suite with a queen size bed and its own full bathroom, and a new queen size memory foam mattress sleeper sofa in the living room.
