Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located quaint and cozy bungalow. Enjoy the Coffee and Tea Bar that has a variety of local coffee, teas, and honey. This split floor plan home has updated Kitchen, bathrooms, and hardwood floors throughout. . Located within minutes to historic Riverside, the shops of Avondale, the Murray Hill Library, Five Points, San Marco, downtown Jacksonville and walking distance to the Murray Hill strip with swanky lil restaurants. Super easy access to I-10 and I95. Other things to note We charge $30 per pet for short term stays and for longer stays $150 per week per pet or $300 per month per pet. I do have a Smoke Free space & a strict No Smoking policy (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cig, vaping, marijuana, etc.) If smoking is detected there will be a $500.00 fee added on top of the cleaning fee.
