Please note, the pool will heat up to 20°F above the outside temperature and will not function if the outside temperature is below 60°F - Screened poolside patio with comfortable seating & dining area - 4 bedrooms – 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins - 2 full bathrooms – Primary includes soaking tub - Game room with foosball table, bar, and TV - Large fenced backyard - Self check-in for your convenience - Well-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and coffee essentials - Each home includes a Pack ’n Play and high chair for families traveling with little ones - Smart TVs in living room, master, and one guest bedroom - High-speed internet - Washer & dryer - Driveway and garage parking - Family-friendly layout with twin beds great for kids - 5 minute drive to Jacksonville Beach - Close to Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass, and other local attractions - No smoking anywhere on the property - No parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM per city ordinance - Pets (dogs only) – Dogs are allowed with a paid pet fee.
