This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Welcome Home Rentals Team Website: welcomehome-rentals Welcome Home Rentals House Rules: Primary renter must sign the renter agreement. All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets. All events must be approved. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee. Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction. POOL HEATERS: Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
