Palms Bungalow is a 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home, only 1 mile from Mayo Clinic and 3 miles from Jacksonville Beach. This one story home features a newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances. Palms Bungalow offers 2 lounging areas, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. All 3 bedrooms have smart TV's, with cable in living rooms and primary suite. Step outside to, a large covered porch, sparkling heated pool, and a new tiki bar that includes AC, mini fridge, couch, Smart TV, and bar seating. Outback you will also find a grill with provided propane. Just one house away from Isle of Palms park, this bungalow is perfect for families. POOL HEATERS: Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding. Guests use the pool at their own risk. Our prices include all fees.
