The Lodge on this private island is a beautiful, single-story structure nestled amongst a grove of stately water oak trees. The large windows are designed to allow plenty of natural light to flood the interior. The house is shaded by the lush green canopy of the trees during the day, and as the sun rises in the mornings, the interior is bathed in warm, golden hues. As you step inside, you are greeted by an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room features large windows that offer stunning views of the wildlife and the surrounding waters, and the floors are made of wood themed tile that gleam in the sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and has plenty of counter space for preparing meals. A small bar with seating for up to 4 is located next to the kitchen, perfect for intimate meals. The bedroom area in the house is located opposite the kitchen. The living space has a comfortable King-size bed and a large window that offers views of the trees and the water. The room is decorated in warm colors, creating a relaxing and peaceful environment. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom which offers a shower/tub combo surrounded by beautiful porcelain tile. The house is bordered by the shoreline and the sound of birds singing, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The private island has plenty of room to explore, as you can walk along the gravel road around the island or toward the street to explore the waterway. Feel free to try your hand at fishing right off the back door landing or under the nearby viaduct. The island can be reached by boat or car and offers a perfect getaway for those who want to enjoy nature, tranquility, and privacy.
