It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, recharging, and making memories. Whether you’re here for a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay, there’s plenty of room to spread out. With a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, a comfy living room for movie nights, and a backyard ready for sunshine and play. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights
Check-out instructions: Please remove trash and place in green topped trash bins. If staying overnight on Thursday evening, please roll trash cans to curbside for Friday morning pickup.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent
Beautiful home, perfect location while moving our son into the dorms at UNF. Close to shopping and the beaches too. Clean and comfortable in every room, we’ll definitely stay again. Breanna is a great host, very friendly and responsive.
