Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place all trash in the green top can and recycle in the yellow top can.
Check-out instructions: No need to remove bedding, please place towels at base of washing machine in laundry area.

Excellent
Thank You for providing a Beautiful Safe Very Clean property for me and family to stay and enjoy for an entire week! The kids really enjoyed the pool they couldn't stay out of it. We enjoyed fishing from the very safe dock. We caught fish everyday that we were there. Brought them home too! Ample space for all the kds to sleep and watch movies. If anyone thanking of renting this vacation rental do it you will loveit we did. Thanks, Jay

Everything appeared the same as in the pictures. Perfect place to get together with friends or family. Host was very friendly and required minimal check out instructions. Over great experience 10/10

Great little house for a quick get away to Jacksonville. We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was very convenient to everything and the kids had a great time. The house was very well kept and cleaned.
