Extremely clean,very well maintained and furnished, convenient to waterfront and other downtown attractions.

We found roaches in the kitchen, one master bath sink did not drain, calf high weeds in yard, dirty patio, no kitchen dish towels or cloths, no can opener, only a very old well used sponge, no hair dryer, as listed, pallet factory next door with nail gun and hammering went on all day long, very hard pillows, located in run down neighborhood
