Of course there are also quite a few local options nearby within walking distance. We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal. Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked. We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to. We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact: Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F ***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the property or in any outdoor areas*** ***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee*** Our prices include all fees.
