About this stay
A 3,200 sq ft fully furnished gorgeous, sunlit, completely renovated Riverside Terrace home MINUTES from downtown, the Medial Center, Herman Park, Museum District, ZOO, Rice U, etc. It has spacious living area, four bedrooms, four full baths, and a beautiful large private fenced back yard. Every bedroom and every outside door has a YALE smart lock for added security and privacy. The master bath has a jacuzzi. Cleaning and/or breakfast and/or laundry services are provided for an additional cost. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great experience staying in the Lucky house. We had 4 houses of families all staying there and we all had a good time. We threw a baby shower there and the space was perfect. It had just rained or we would have used the outdoor space more, but the game area was perfect for our kids.
