The price for the area is amazing. This is an updated older ( like probably 1920’s) property, very comfortable, clean, and quiet. This place has one of the best mattresses I have ever slept on! The convenience of the location is priceless. Overall very pleased, would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay in Montrose! The apartment was cute, cozy and charming. The location is within short distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. I was in town for business meetings and was unable to get a dog sitter so having a dog friendly place made it a great option. The apartment was redone and updated but has kept its older charm. The neighborhood was quiet and great for morning and afternoon walks with my pup. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I will be booking the property regularly when I come back into town!
