With accurate input, your quote already includes $25/ per guest per night after the 10th guest. If the guest count increases, fees may apply. NOTE: $100 penalty for each unauthorized guest. 3) There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY inside and outside this property. 4) For full disclosure: We have RING cameras outside, and noise-aware sensors inside and outside. For guest privacy, there are no recording or monitoring devices inside the home. 5) Signed rental agreement. welcome call & ID are required.
