Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: No baby gate and no screens on windows.
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Pets: Please do not use the turf as a potty area.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: 🔐 Lock the door, place keys in lockbox. Use code to open it, then scramble the numbers after closing.
🧊 Empty the fridge / freezer.
🗑️ Take all trash outside into black bin in driveway.
Check-out instructions: 🧺 Put all dirty towels, used sheets, and pillowcases in the large wicker basket in the bathroom.
🍽️ If you have any dirty dishes, please start the dishwasher before you leave.
Check-out instructions: We kindly ask that you tidy up as best you can and leave the home as you found it — this helps us keep our cleaning fee low for everyone.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking on property, must walk the neighborhood if you need to smoke. Anyone caught smoking on property will be fined up to $5,000.00
