A Serene 2-bedroom home with private fence and gate in vibrant Houston

Great property ! will definitely be staying anytime i come to houston ! Secure property and nice neighborhood.

We only stayed one night, but it was refreshing to walk into a beautiful, spacious apartment after a long day of travel. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen very clean. Plenty of seating in the living/dining area, plus a bonus room with couch and workspace. We appreciated the proximity to both Hobby airport and Daikin Park/downtown. It was nice to have a securely gated property (for our dogs) and the motion detector lights out front. Awesome to have laundry in the unit. We also loved the decor and the amenities (large TVs in both bedrooms and in the main living space). Cute little parks nearby too. The host was quick to reply the week of our stay and courteously answered our questions with thoughtful responses. The only thing to note is that it's a shared property, so there were tenants above us and behind us, and we could hear a lot of coming/going. As long as you understand apartment/condo living, it's nothing to worry about. Overall we had a really nice stay and wish we could have been in town longer to really enjoy the place! Would rent again!

Our stay at the property was outstanding. Andy was a great host who answered all my questions and was very accommodating. Great area, a definite 10/10. I will def be using this location again....
